Creative destruction is a well known benefit of markets. As people like you innovate, others have to catch up or die off. It's good when the others die off. They help everyone find the innovators. Both groups provided good education and opportunities for dealers and investors along a wide spectrum of experience and activity levels. i personally have used DFWREIN and AIREO for contacts in my own investing teams that have turned out to be very beneficial. I know how difficult it can be to find a good investor group that provides experienced investor mentoring from successful local investors and has members that are actually out there buying properties and not just tire kickers.
