I'm not sure I agree with you or maybe I'm just being ornery today.

Creative destruction is a well known benefit of markets. As people like you innovate, others have to catch up or die off. It's good when the others die off. They help everyone find the innovators.

DFWREIN and the AEREOs didn't do change fast or often enough. That's the best thing for the consumer.

It's unfortunate that DFWREIN has closed it's doors along with AIREO. Both groups provided good education and opportunities for dealers and investors along a wide spectrum of experience and activity levels. i personally have used DFWREIN and AIREO for contacts in my own investing teams that have turned out to be very beneficial.

I know how difficult it can be to find a good investor group that provides experienced investor mentoring from successful local investors and has members that are actually out there buying properties and not just tire kickers. I would like to invite any of DFWREIN's former members to come out to our investor group You can read into our 19yr old investor and mentor group, Lifestyles Unlimited, at www.lifestylesunlimited.com. Check out our Free Introductory workshop schedule for our office here in Las Colinas, sign up for one and let us know that you were a DFWREIN member whenever you come in. We'll get you taken care of. You can also give us a shout on the phone at 972-827-0208 and talk to any one of our mentors in the office M-F from 9-5pm.
