"I took a look at some of your listings and the example pages you provided, but I don’t see the benefit for real estate investors...I need to buy at least 20% below comps to make a profit. It’s that simple."

That's what I was hoping to identify on those deals pages. For example, there's a home in southlake priced 50% below the other houses around it with similar amenities and many other listed on this page:
http://www.ftworthfamilyhomes.com/southlake-homes/deals

I see similar properties on the other cities deals pages at that level of pricing.

I guess I need to know how this page would help you more and what I could add to it.

That is a great looking web site and I think you will get good response from buyers and sellers. It's also beautiful form the design side. I tend to look under the hood of web sites and yours is very clean and well done. I will add your web site to the Realtors section when I make it.

I took a look at some of your listings and the example pages you provided, but I don't see the benefit for real estate investors. Your web site seems geared to end users: Buyers and Sellers.

We are investors. We being myself and my readers. We sometimes sell near retail, but we don't buy at retail. What would be the point?

Amazon doesn't buy $10.00 books for $9.50 and sell them for a profit. I need to buy at least 20% below comps to make a profit. It's that simple.

If your prices are higher than that then you may as well skip me. Many investors sell at that level for a profit.

If you can move properties fast, investors might hire you to sell their homes and a nice well designed web site, like yours, is certainly a step in the right direction. Thanks for letting us know it is there.

"web site will be a directory of resources for real estate investors." - Hey Charles, tried to find an email for you on the site but couldn't.

We've just recently launched FTWorthFamilyHomes.com and on that site we have lists of homes ordered by the best price per square foot ratio based on other homes surrounding it. The lists are specific to each city.

Don't know if these links would be one of those resources that your users could use, but here's a couple of example lists:
